Travelers to the 2010 Electronic payment Conference should book flights through Tehran International Airport, which is located approximately 60 km south of the centre of Tehran.

Tourist and Business Visas

Many travelers to Iran are required to obtain a visa before arrival. Visas are not available for purchase at the airport, so be sure to procure one before arriving in order to avoid being sent home. For a list of which countries must obtain visas, please click here.

The visa process requires making an appointment at the nearest consulate, or having an agent does so on your behalf. You must have fill out an online application, and submit a passport photo, valid passport, conference invitation letter, itinerary for round-trip travel, and a Post Office money order for the visa fee. The process does take time, so please begin early! There is no way to expedite the visa approval process, and aside from providing the conference invitation letter upon your registration, we are unable to assist you.

We strongly recommend that you reach out to the consulate nearest your home, as soon as possible to obtain current requirements, as they are subject to change.

Accommodation

There are several hotels where located near to conference hall. It is recommended to contact them via their WebPages in order promote your participation through their facilities and assistance. Book promptly for the best deals!
